Get Beach Vacations – Rental Terms
All rental rates are subject to an additional cleaning fee of $230.00 and 13% state and local taxes.
Maximum Occupancy
Maximum occupancy for each unit is strictly enforced and includes all guests, including children and infants.
Non-Smoking Policy
All units are non-smoking units. There is to be no smoking of anything inside the units or outside the units. Smoking inside the unit will result in your responsibility for all damages, including potential loss of future rental income and a minimum $1,000 cleaning fee.
Parking & Vehicles
Each condo includes one (1) parking space.
Most condos do not provide electric vehicle charging.
Homes and Villas may offer additional parking (see property description).
No motorcycles, trailers, or work trucks are permitted.
At condo properties, the following are not allowed: golf carts, two- or three-wheel scooters, trailers, RVs, or mopeds.
Furnishings & Accuracy
All condos and homes are individually owned and furnished. Get Beach Vacations cannot guarantee owners have not changed furniture or décor. While we strive to keep website information accurate, details are subject to change without notice.
Advance Bookings
Reservations are accepted up to one (1) year in advance. Once the calendar reaches the first day of a given month, bookings may be accepted for that same month in the following year. Guests staying for a full calendar month receive first right of refusal for the same month the following year.
Rental Periods
Weekly rentals are booked Saturday to Saturday.
Monthly rentals must be a minimum of 28 days.
Pools & Spas
Guests agree to hold harmless Get Beach Vacations and the property owner for any use of pools and/or spas.
Cancellation Policy
More than 60 days prior to arrival: Deposit refunded minus a $150 cancellation fee (plus 3% if a credit card was used).
Within 60 days of arrival: Deposit is non-refundable.
For emergencies, including hurricanes, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance from an authorized provider. Many companies offer coverage online.
Hurricane Policy
Trip insurance is strongly recommended.
If you cancel due to a hurricane, you may choose one of the following options:
Cancel and forfeit your deposit.
Reschedule in the same unit within two (2) months and retain your deposit.
Arrive as scheduled; if a mandatory evacuation occurs, you will receive a credit for the nights affected.
